The Affiliate Program is a service that allows participating websites or individuals to earn commissions on sales targeted by THE PHOTO ACADEMY using hyperlinks specific to each. We provide you with personalized links and banners that you can publish on your website, on your social networks, and so on. Thus, when a visitor arrives following your link and makes a purchase, we keep the information and we give you a commission on this sale.

What is the affiliate program of "THE PHOTO ACADEMY" and how does it work?

There are no fees associated with the affiliate program of THE PHOTO ACADEMY. It is entirely free to participate.

Is there a fee?

The commission rate varies depending on the affiliate's level of involvement. See the details here.

What is your commission rate?

There is no minimum sales level required to stay in the program, but you will not be able to progress in commission levels without concrete feedback.

Is there a minimum annual threshold?

How can I register myself? 

If your application has been submitted correctly, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder. Otherwise, you may not have completed the process correctly and you should resubmit your application. Once approved, you will receive a welcome email.

You will find inside the platform information about the operation, your specific link, marketing elements, etc.

How do I know if my application has been received or if I have been accepted into the affiliate program?

When you add a banner or link to your website, it will be marked with your unique link. The best way to create links is to visit the THE PHOTO ACADEMY affiliate page once you are registered. There you can browse the different categories of text and banner links or create a custom link to any page of the website. To create a banner link, sign in to your affiliate account and go to the "marketing tab" box.

How do I create links to THE PHOTO ACADEMY?

There is no minimum or limit. We encourage you to use as much as necessary and appropriate to improve click and conversion rates. We found that a creative banner with a text link or a THE PHOTO ACADEMY logo improves efficiency.

Do I have to place a certain number of links on my website?

COMMISSIONS, ACCOUNTS AND REPORTS

The tool available to THE PHOTO ACADEMY tracks a cookie automatically applied to the computer of a person who clicks on a banner or a text link that contains your affiliate ID number. Each banner or link you create is specifically labeled with your THE PHOTO ACADEMY ID number, letting us know that you deserve commission on the sales you are sending our way. You can access all of these banners and links by logging into your affiliate account THE PHOTO ACADEMY and choosing from the banners or simple text links available.


These links can be used from any website, put directly in a browser or sent by e-mail in the case of text links. You can test a link by copying and pasting it into your browser. If you are directed to THE PHOTO ACADEMY, the link works. Do not copy and paste a landing page URL from our website, you must first attach your link (the process is detailed in the "instructions" within your affiliate account).

How does the affiliate program know when I need to receive a credit for an order?

Each transaction is connected to servers in THE PHOTO ACADEMY and is available for review in detail. You will be provided real-time tracking of your clicks, sales, and commission.

When and how do I get paid?

If a visitor comes to our websites from your website but does not buy on this visit you can still earn commissions on that customer's sales if they return and make a purchase within the next 12 months. This works even if they browse directly on the website on a return visit so long as they have not removed their cookies. The commission is also valid for purchases following the first of these purchases.

What is the return policy and cookies?

Yes. You will receive a full credit for any product purchased by a customer who clicks on your affiliate link.

Do I earn commission credits if someone clicks on a product on my site and then buys a different product?
